Shipping Policy
Please note that all orders have a processing time. Shipping time is after this is completed. Shipping time excludes weekends and holidays. We are presently only shipping to Canada and USA. All orders unless noted by product, will have free shipping.
Return & Exchange Policy
Dreaming Lizard Graphics does not accept items back for refunds. All items are made to order for our clients.
Please note, if we had shipped you a damaged or defective item, you must notify us with in 5 business days of receiving the product to qualify for an exchange. We do not refund shipping fees on exchanges unless we made the error. Please note if we did make an error we will refund your shipping costs up to $9.99 USD.
